The decision was made to install single-stage and basal implants on the lower jaw in one surgical procedure with immediate loading. Implants are installed to bypass the mandibular canal. A day later, temporary crowns were installed. Four months later, the temporary crowns were changed to permanent from the biologically inert material PEEK.
