In this clinical situation, there was periodontal disease and an aesthetic defect before treatment. On the upper jaw, there is a lack of volume of the bone tissue of the alveolar process (the anatomical part of the upper jaw bearing teeth). It was decided to remove the teeth on the upper and lower jaw with the immediate installation of implants in the wells of the extracted teeth. In one surgical procedure, teeth on the upper and lower jaw are removed. The holes of the extracted teeth were treated with an erbium laser. One-stage and basal implants were installed on the upper and lower jaw. Three days after the operation, the patient received temporary crowns, which he changed to permanent after four months.
