The patient appealed to the ESC with complaints of a poor aesthetic effect of the gingival row and a violation of chewing function.

On the orthopantomogram before surgery, there is a violation of the dentition, a violation of chewing function, a deficit in the vertical volume of the alveolar ridge.

Immediate cortical implants were placed on the upper jaw.

The day after the operation, the chewing and aesthetic function is fully restored.

Six months later, permanent prosthetics with zirconia crowns were performed.
