In this clinical situation, prior to treatment, there were necrotic lesions of the hard tissues of the teeth in the patient’s oral cavity. For rehabilitation, it was decided to remove teeth on the upper and lower jaw with the installation of basal implants with an immediate load in one visit. In one visit, all teeth on the upper and lower jaw were removed. The holes of the extracted teeth were treated with an erbium laser. One-stage implants are installed in the wells of the extracted teeth. Three days after surgery, the patient received temporary crowns. Four months later, temporary crowns were replaced by permanent ones.
