The patient complained of missing teeth. Anamnesis is burdened with right-sided maxillary sinusotomy. The patient refused removable prosthetics. On the orthopantomogram is observed

deficiency of the vertical volume of bone tissue.

 

The installation of cortical implants and prosthetics after half a year with zirconia crowns were performed.
