09/19/18 - 09/22/18 dentist orthopedic at the European Dental Center, Maxim Barski, attended the annual international congress of the German Association of Oral Implantology (DGOI), which was held in Munich on the eve of the Oktoberfest festival.
All days of the congress were held in a friendly and warm atmosphere. A large number of doctors and professors from all over the world and Germany, in particular, took part in the congress. It's nice that I know many of you personally, because several times a year we meet at various dental conferences in different countries of the world and discuss new interesting and complex clinical cases that we have encountered in our work lately.
I listened to many informative lectures from the world's foremost dentists and attended several master classes on dental implantation and prosthetics on implants.
And so, I want to take stock of the congress and draw some conclusions that I’ll share with you with pleasure. After listening to many lectures, I note that at least half, and perhaps most, were devoted to digitization (digitalization) of dentistry. Development of new programs and equipment that helps doctors more accurately diagnose a specific pathology and plan on the computer the most accurate and predictable treatment plan, which will further lead to the best and most accurately predicted results of patient treatment at the implantation stage and further prosthetics on these implants.
Immediately after returning to work, I introduced some of the innovations and into our daily practice at the European Dental Center clinic. He consulted with the dental laboratory to change some parameters of prosthetics.
I am sure that such congresses increase the level of knowledge and skills of the doctor, which ultimately leads to an increase in the quality of treatment for our patients! There are no boundaries for perfection! We will continue to make every effort to try our best and be the best in our field, for our dear patients.
Thank you all.
